Day 5 - My Weight Loss Journey

Today I messed up. I got some new thermogenic tablets and...I took too many before my run.  I ended up dry heaving and stomach churning. No need to be too gross, I am sure that many of you have been there.

It needed up messing up my work out but at least I got a short run in tonight.

Pre-Breakfast: 1/4 C Psyllium Husk mixed with flavored water
Breakfast: 6 in. Subway melt (FYI I also have coffee every morning with breakfast. Gotta have my daily infusion)
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich with one slice of cheese
Dinner: Tuna mixed with some wild grain rice.

Weight 322.4

Yipppeee! 4 pounds off. Not bad for one week.

Day 4 - My Weight Loss Journey

Ok. No exercise today, I am working out 3 days a week. Jogging and walking and hopefully adding a little more distance each week.

I ate pretty good today

Pre-Breakfast: 1/4 C Psyllium Husk mixed with flavored water
Breakfast: 1 Packet Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Snack: Turkey Sandwich
Lunch: 2 Chicken Express Tenders, some Okra and some mashed potatoes and gravy
Dinner: 4 Chicken express tenders and the rest of the sides
Snack: Olives

I am feeling a lot better. Sleeping a lot better and I am able to wake up easier. I am feeling a little stiff but it is a good feeling.

I so want to be back in shape.

Day 3 - My Weight Loss Journey

I am feeling better. I started my exercise program today and did a 5 minute warm-up walk and jogged 1/4 mile and walked 1 1/4 Miles and then a 5 minute cool down walk.

Today I ate fairly well.

Pre-Breakfast - 1/4 Psyllium Husk mixed with flavored water
Breakfast - Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal (1 Packet)
Lunch - Turkey Breast sandwich with 1 slice of cheese and mustard
Dinner - Protein Shake - 1/2 Whey + 1/2 Casein + Arganine + 1 scoop Genr8 Vitargo for recovery
Snack - Blue Cheese and JalapeƱo Stuffed Olives

The snack was probably not the best, but I do love olives.  The jogging made me feel good. I am starting to stiffen up, just a little. But I hope to add more and more distance each week. I hope to be up to 1/2 or 3/4 of a mile by the end of October.

Still trying to decide on the best days to weigh-in but since I am exercising on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, I think I am going to weigh-in on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 1 day on the weekend.

Day 2 - My Weight Loss Journey

I feel better today. I am glad I started writing about this. Hopefully it will help me to ficus on eating better and staying healthy.

I started out good. Didn't finish too bad.

Pre-Breakfast: 1/4 C Psyllium Husk mixed with Flavored water
Breakfast: Casein Protein shake made with Fat Free Milk, some arganine and HMB. Multi-Vitamin taken with breakfast
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich with one slice of cheese. I did have some potato chips, but I controlled myself and had a very small baggie full.
Dinner: 3 pieces of pizza.

I am feeling much better and I am going to start including my exercise activities and will weigh myself at least 3 times a week.

Day 1 - My Weight Loss Journey

I decided that I wanted to keep a journal of my weight loss journey and as I was thinking about it, I realized that there are so many people out there like me. People who want to lose weigh yet have a difficult time losing that weight, no matter what their situation.

If, in any way, I can motivate someone like to me to lose weight and feel better, then I would love that.

As you go on this journey with me, please feel free to send me e-mails about your journey's. I would love to post those here, with the author's permission of course, or keep them private, if that is what you prefer. No matter what you choose, I would love to hear from you.

Day 1:
Weight 328.6
Pre-breakfast: 1/4 C Psyllium Husk mixed with flavored water
Breakfast: Protein Shake. Casein Protein, mixed with some arganine and vasopro ephedrine
Lunch: BBQ Chicken Breast with wild rice and broccoli
Dinner: BBQ'ed Little Smokies with some chips and dips (Football Sunday is traditionally a snack dinner night)
Dessert: 3 Chocolate Chip Cookies
