I feel better today. I am glad I started writing about this. Hopefully it will help me to ficus on eating better and staying healthy.
I started out good. Didn't finish too bad.
Pre-Breakfast: 1/4 C Psyllium Husk mixed with Flavored water
Breakfast: Casein Protein shake made with Fat Free Milk, some arganine and HMB. Multi-Vitamin taken with breakfast
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich with one slice of cheese. I did have some potato chips, but I controlled myself and had a very small baggie full.
Dinner: 3 pieces of pizza.
I am feeling much better and I am going to start including my exercise activities and will weigh myself at least 3 times a week.
