Day 4 - My Weight Loss Journey

Ok. No exercise today, I am working out 3 days a week. Jogging and walking and hopefully adding a little more distance each week.

I ate pretty good today

Pre-Breakfast: 1/4 C Psyllium Husk mixed with flavored water
Breakfast: 1 Packet Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Snack: Turkey Sandwich
Lunch: 2 Chicken Express Tenders, some Okra and some mashed potatoes and gravy
Dinner: 4 Chicken express tenders and the rest of the sides
Snack: Olives

I am feeling a lot better. Sleeping a lot better and I am able to wake up easier. I am feeling a little stiff but it is a good feeling.

I so want to be back in shape.
