Day 10 - My Weight Loss Journey

Sorry, haven't posted in a couple of days.  Did ok eating over the weekend but didn't do so well on my exercise.

Today I jogged 1/4 mile and walked for 2 miles.

Pre-Breakfast - 1/4 C Psyllium Husk mixed with Flavored water
Breakfast - 1 Packet Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Lunch - Grilled Chicken at Saltgrass Steakhouse and an awesome Spinach Salad
Dinner - Dirty Rice and Ranch Style Beans
I want to start listing the supplements that I am taking as well, I am just working out the dosages and the schedule.

I am so loving this.  I feel so much better and want to keep people excited about changing their lifestyle.

I am going to start posting more stuff and making this a bigger and better weight loss diary
